Course: Dessert
Cuisine: American
Servings: 8
- 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups plain Cheerios
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups Easter M&M’s
- 1-2 cups peanuts, salted or unsalted
- 1 (24-ounce) package white almond bark
In a large bowl, combine Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, M&M’s, and peanuts and mix well.
Break almond bark into pieces and melt in a medium pot over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. To melt the bark in the microwave, chop it into smaller pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Pour melted bark over cereal mixture and mix well.
Spread out onto wax paper or a parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Let set for 1 hour, then break into pieces to serve.
Recipe Tips.
- The bigger the mixing bowl, the easier it is to coat everything evenly.
- To melt the bark in the microwave, chop it into smaller pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
- We prefer using almond bark, but you can use white chocolate chips. Check out our How to Melt Chocolate post for tips.
- Should you add other mix-ins, use ones that are similar in size, and be sure the ratio of snack mix to the candy coating is balanced so everything gets coated.
- We love to double the recipe and deliver this easy-to-make treat to neighbors.
