Cuisine: American
Servings: 15
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ cup Italian bread Crumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 375°F Use cooking spray to spray a large cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Then add the milk and egg. Mix until combined.
Divide the mixture into 15 balls. (They'll be just under ¼ cup each.) Place them on the greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. A meat thermometer would read 165°F.
Serve with your favorite meatball dinner, such as pasta and marinara sauce.
Freeze ahead of time. Put your meatballs on the cookie sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes transfer the meatballs to a freezer-safe plastic bag. Freeze until ready to cook!
Storage. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
Reheat. Place the meatballs in a microwave-safe dish with a splash of water, chicken broth, or even a drizzle of olive oil. Cover the dish with a lid or a piece of damp paper towel. Microwave 20-30 seconds at a time, checking and rotating the meatballs frequently.
