Fried Oreos Recipe
These Fried Oreos are soft, warm, and coated in fluffy batter for an easy fair style dessert made right at home.

- vegetable oil (for deep fryer or deep pan) + 2 tsp oil
- Oreos (your favorite variety)
- 1½ cups pancake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- powdered sugar
Heat oil in fryer to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, whisk oil egg, and milk together. Stir in pancake mix and mix until there are no more clumps.
Dip Oreos in batter with a fork and then place in hot oil. Fry until golden brown (it took about 2 minutes).
Place Oreos on a paper towel-lined plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ENJOY!

- Let excess batter drip off before frying so the coating stays even.
- Fry in small batches so the oil temperature stays consistent.
- Flip once while frying if needed for even browning.
- Serve warm for the best texture.
