Course: Appetizer, Snack
Cuisine: American
Servings: 12 crackers

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 12 Triscut Crisp Thin crackers
  • 12 small pretzel twists, cut to fit the size of the longest side of the Triscut cracker
  • 12 individually packaged Tillamook cheddar cheese slices cut to fit the size of the Triscut crackers, or 1/16-inch thick cheddar cheese slices, cut to fit the size of the Triscut crackers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  • Unwrap the individually packaged cheese slices and cut them into triangles to fit the crackers' shape.
  • Place cream cheese in a pastry bag with a round icing tip and pipe three stripes of cream cheese across the cracker. Make sure to have one of the stripes on the outer edge (the longer edge) of the cracker.
  • Place the cut pretzel twist onto the longest cream cheese stripe. Place the cheese triangle on top of the other two cream cheese stripes. (The cream cheese is the "glue" to hold the pretzel and cheese onto the cracker).
  • Switch the pastry tip to a star-shaped pastry tip and add a dab of cream cheese in the middle of the cheese triangle to make it look like whipped cream on top of a pumpkin pie.

Notes

Make ahead of time. Make these up to an hour ahead and store them covered with plastic wrap in the fridge until serving.
