- 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 head fresh broccoli diced
- 1 head cauliflower chopped
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup cubed cheese
- 3/4 cup light mayo
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or salad vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, cheese, and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, sugar, vinegar, and salt. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate before serving.
