Add sausage to a skillet with oil. Cook until warmed up and add flour, pepper and salt. Add 1/2 cup milk and bring to a boil. Stir until thickened and set aside.
In another skillet cook potatoes and butter until tender.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic salt and milk. Add to potatoes and cook until eggs are almost done.
Press biscuits into greased muffin tin. If too thick, peel off a layer of the biscuit and fit in. Push onto bottom and up sides. Spread melted butter onto biscuits.
Spoon egg mixture, sausage and cheese into cups.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy warm.
Notes
These are great frozen too. Just freeze once cooled and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
