Italian Sausage and Penne Recipe

- 8 oz penne pasta uncooked
- 1 lb hot Italian Sausage or milk
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 28 oz seasoned diced tomatoes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Italian Cheese blend
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Cook pasta according to box.
While pasta is cooking, heat sausage in a large skillet until cooked through. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, broccoli, cream and shredded cheese. Cook for 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Add pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with more cheese before serving. ENJOY!
