Sausage Balls Recipe
Sausage balls are cheesy, savory, and delish. It only takes 5 ingredients to make this savory appetizer!
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, baking mix, cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning. Add milk as needed to make a smooth mixture.
Scoop the sausage mixture into 1 inch balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
