This is such an EASY homemade salsa recipe! All you have to do is throw diced tomatoes, rotel, cilantro, lime juice, onion powder, jalapeños, and cumin into your blender, and blend! It goes perfectly with tortilla chips, tacos, enchiladas, or any other Mexican food!

  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes drained
  • 10 oz can original Rotel drained
  • 2 - 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion (or 1 tbsp onion powder)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 - 2 TB diced jalapenos
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • medium size handful of cilantro washed
  • 1 tsp lime juice


  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until well blended.
