Combine ketchup, water, vinegar, sugars, mustard, pepper, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet. Cover each with 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
Lining the baking pan with aluminum foil makes for easier clean up.
