Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs chuck roast or sirloin steak, sliced into bite size strips
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package egg noodles
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a skillet on medium high heat. Toss meat with flour and salt and pepper to taste. Brown meat in hot oil, about 2 minutes per side.

  2. Add meat and beef broth to crock pot and and let cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

  3. Cook egg noodles according to package directions.

  4. Add sour cream to crock pot right before serving and stir. Pour over noodles and serve. ENJOY1
