- 2 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp sweetener (optional)
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until well combined.
If items were not frozen beforehand, add ½ cup ice to make it cold.
This makes about 2 -3 cups.
