- 10 cups apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup butter melted
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Peel, core, and slice apples. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and ground cinnamon together. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Pour ½ cup of water evenly over all.
Add oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda to melted butter. Mix well. Evenly crumble over your apple mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy warm with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream!!
