Ingredients
1tablespooncorn starch
2tablespoonschili powder
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoonsugar
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspooncayenne pepper

Instructions
Whisk together all of the ingredients. Stir in an airtight container until ready to use. This recipe can be doubled or tripled to make a larger batch to store for future use.
Notes
STORE. Homemade fajita seasoning can last up to 6 months when stored in a dry place. It’s best stored in a glass jar, but any airtight container will do.
