  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • zest one orange
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds

Salad

  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 small bunch seedless grapes, cut grapes in half; about 2 cups
  • 2 apples, cubed

Instructions

  • Whisk ¼ cup fresh orange juice, orange zest, honey, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
  • Add sliced oranges, cubed pineapple, cut grapes, and cubed apples to a large bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss.

Notes

Make ahead of time. Make ahead and store it in the fridge. The citrus from the orange juice will help keep the apples from browning.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. It may last even longer but the fruits will not be quite as firm and fresh.
