Gooey Sweet Chex Mix Recipe

This Sweet Chex Mix is crunchy, gooey, and ready in minutes, making it the perfect no-bake treat for parties and family snacking!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 3 cups Corn Chex Cereal
  • 4 cups Golden Graham Cereal
  • cups sliced almonds
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ¾ cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Golden Grahams, almonds, and coconut to a large bowl and toss.
  • Place the sugar, light corn syrup, and butter into a small saucepan. Set the temperature to medium-high and bring the mixture to a boil. Stir occasionally.
  • Boil for 2 more minutes and continue to stir occasionally.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and mix in the vanilla.
  • Pour over the cereal mixture. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Line a pan with parchment paper and spread the mix out evenly to set.
