- 1 (16-ounce) jar medium chunky pace salsa
- 1-2 (10-ounce) cans Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 (16-ounce) block Velveeta cheese
In a large skillet cook and season beef, drain, and keep in a pan.
Pour salsa into a blender and mix until smooth (this is an optional step, skip if you like the chunks)
Put salsa, Rotel, and Velveeta cheese in the skillet and stir until incorporated, melted, and heated. Serve immediately or place in a warm crock pot for any function.
Rotel. Instead of a can of Rotel tomatoes use a can of diced tomatoes and a can of diced green chilies for an easy swap.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for 3 months. for best results reheat slowly over low heat, or use the microwave.
