Ingredients

sour cream

1 (1.4-ounce)

Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
1 (10-ounce)
box
frozen chopped spinach,
thawed, cooled and squeezed dry

sliced water chestnuts,
drained and chopped (optional)

scallions,
thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 (1.4-ounce) package Knorr vegetable recipe mix, and 1 (10-ounce) box chopped spinach.
Fold in 1 cup water chestnuts and 3 sliced scallions. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with vegetables, crackers, and more.
