Whip up this homemade spinach dip in minutes! It’s so quick and easy.
COMBINE. In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, Knorr vegetable recipe mix, and chopped spinach.
Fold in water chestnuts and sliced scallions.
CHILL. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
ENJOY! Serve with vegetables, crackers, and more.

Fresh spinach. Use 1 pound of fresh baby spinach, and cook:
- Place the spinach and 3 tablespoons of water into a skillet and cover it with a lid.
- Heat over medium heat until the spinach has wilted.
- Wring dry before using in the dip.
Squeeze frozen spinach as dry as possible or the moisture will water down the dip.
Variations:
- Replace sour cream with plain greek yogurt.
- Create a thicker dip by reducing the amount of sour cream.

STORE. Leftover dip can be stored for up to 4 days.
FREEZE. Knorr Vegetable Spinach Dip is also freezable, though the texture may be different than when it is made fresh. Place the dip in a freezer-safe container.
It can safely store for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge and give it a good mix before serving.
