Knorr Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1.4-ounce) package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
  • 1 (10-ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, cooled and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 (1.4-ounce) package Knorr vegetable recipe mix, and 1 (10-ounce) box chopped spinach.
  • Fold in 1 cup water chestnuts and 3 sliced scallions. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve with vegetables, crackers, and more.

Recipe Notes:
  • Squeeze the spinach really well, use paper towels or a clean kitchen towel, so the dip stays thick and creamy.
  • Chop water chestnuts small so you get crunch without big chunks taking over the dip.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours. The flavor gets so much better as it sits.
  • Taste after chilling and adjust the seasonings. If you want more zip, add a squeeze of lemon juice or an extra pinch of mix.
Store. Whether you make it ahead of time or store leftovers, it can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
