Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Bite-size mini chocolate chip cookies are made with SPLENDA Naturals Stevia making them delicious "skinny" version of a classic indulgence.

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup applesauce (or 1/4 cup vegetable oil)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Splenda Stevia
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Add butter, applesauce and sugars to your mixer and blend well.
Add egg and beat until fluffy.
Add vanilla and dry ingredients and mix until blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
Roll 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet (add a few chips on top to make them look pretty).
Bake at 350 for 5-6 minutes. ENJOY!
