Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Bite-size mini chocolate chip cookies are made with SPLENDA Naturals Stevia making them delicious "skinny" version of a classic indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup applesauce (or 1/4 cup vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Splenda Stevia
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add butter, applesauce and sugars to your mixer and blend well. 
  • Add egg and beat until fluffy.
  • Add vanilla and dry ingredients and mix until blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Roll 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet (add a few chips on  top to make them look pretty).
  • Bake at 350 for 5-6 minutes. ENJOY!
