- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon almond extract optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
Spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. ENJOY!
