- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- ice, optional
Place sliced bananas, creamy peanut butter, vanilla Greek yogurt, milk, and optional ice in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately. Drizzle on more peanut butter if desired.
Healthy mix-ins. Add chia seeds, flax seeds, wheat germ, nutritional yeast, protein powder, baby spinach, berries, maple syrup, or honey.
Store the leftover smoothie in the refrigerator for about a day. Store in an airtight container filling the container to the top, or place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the shake. You can also freeze in popsicle molds.
