Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, unsalted
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
Cream butter, peanut butter, oil, and sugars in stand mixer (or with hand mixer in a bowl). Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Add baking soda, salt, baking powder, vanilla and flour and mix until incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips, and scoop onto lightly greased baking sheet. Add any chips on top, if needed, before baking.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
