Peanut Butter Snowballs
4 ingredient peanut butter snowballs have a smooth and creamy center and hard candy shell - they're a favorite, festive Christmas candy!

- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pound vanilla candy coating
- Christmas sprinkles
Combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter in a bowl mixing until dough forms.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Chill for 30 minutes.
When done chilling, melt candy coating according to package directions until smooth and dip balls coating them completely. Allow excess to drip off and place back on waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
Top with sprinkles and chill for an additional 15-20 minutes. ENJOY!
Peanut butter. For best results use regular peanut butter like Skippy or JIF. If the dough is crumbly, add a bit more peanut butter until the dough holds together.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5-7 days, in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, or in a freezer-safe container for 1-2 months.
