Peanut Butter Snowballs are easy no-bake Christmas treats with creamy peanut butter centers, vanilla candy coating, and festive sprinkles.

- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pound vanilla candy coating
- Christmas sprinkles
Combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter in a bowl mixing until dough forms.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Chill for 30 minutes.
When done chilling, melt candy coating according to package directions until smooth and dip balls coating them completely. Allow excess to drip off and place back on waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
Top with sprinkles and chill for an additional 15-20 minutes. ENJOY!

- Use creamy peanut butter for the smoothest filling.
- Mix the peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar until a dough forms and no dry spots remain.
- Chill the rolled balls for 30 minutes so they are firm enough to dip.

Store. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5-7 days, in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, or in a freezer-safe container for 1-2 months. Line with paper towels to absorb moisture as they thaw.
