Pizza Dip Recipe

This quick and easy pizza dip recipe is everyone's favorite food in dip form. Add your favorite pizza toppings and dip away!

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings

  • pepperoni, cooked sausage, ham, bacon, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread pizza sauce over cream cheese mixture. Top with mozzarella and any other desired toppings and bake for 23–25 minutes, or until bubbly.
  • Serve with crackers, breadsticks, or pita chips.

Notes

Crockpot directions. Crisp up the pepperoni in a skillet. Add the cream cheese mixture to the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the pizza sauce, then top it with cheese and crisp pepperoni. Cover and cook on LOW heat for at least an hour.
Prep ahead of time. Assemble all the ingredients in the pan as directed, but do not bake. Instead, cover and place in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. When you are ready to bake, let the dip sit on the counter for about 20 minutes before throwing it in the oven.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for 4-6 weeks.
