Puff Pastry Waffles

- 1 (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- cooking spray
- berries and mint for garnish
Line a cutting board with parchment paper. Unfold 1 (17.3-ounce) package puff pastry onto cutting board. Cut each sheet into 4 equal squares.
Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Grease with cooking spray.
Place one puff pastry square in the preheated waffle iron; cook until golden brown, 3-5 minutes. Repeat with remaining puff pastry squares.
Garnish with berries and mint.
STORE. Stash baked, plain puff pastry in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to 1 month.
To reheat cooked puff pastry without making it soggy, place it in an oven preheated to 350°F for 5-10 minutes or until it's heated through and crispy. In a pinch, use the microwave, but it will not be crispy.
