Beef Stroganoff Recipe
This Easy Beef Stroganoff recipe is simple and flavorful. Served with egg noodles, this creamy stroganoff made in the slow cooker is a classic Sunday dinner recipe and is perfect to enjoy any night of the week.
2 tablespoons canola oil 1 ½ pounds chuck roast or sirloin steak sliced into bite sized strips (or ground beef) ¼ cup all-purpose flour salt and pepper to taste 2 cups beef broth full sodium 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce 1 cup sour cream ¼ cup whipping cream 1 (16 ounce) package medium egg noodles fresh chopped parsley optional
Add oil to a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Toss meat with flour and salt and pepper to taste. Brown meat in hot oil (about 2 minutes per side). Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain when done. Add sour cream, whipping cream and garlic salt to the meat mixture and stir. Add noodles and toss to coat. Add any more salt and pepper, to taste. Add fresh parsley and serve warm.
