Recipe Tips.
- Don’t Overbake: Pull them out when the center is just set for soft blondies.
- Use Parchment Paper: Makes removing and slicing easier.
- Spread Evenly: Helps them bake evenly.
- Cool Before Cutting: This helps them hold their shape.
- Make Twice the Batch: Double the recipe ingredients and bake in a 9x13 pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Change It Up: For a fun variation, we often mix cinnamon chips or white chocolate chips into the dough.
