Snickerdoodle Blondies are delicious bar versions of the famous cookie, with the same soft, chewy texture and sweet cinnamon-sugar flavor everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, vanilla, and salt.
  • Stir in flour and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pan.
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
