Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine (softened)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz butterscotch chips

Instructions

  • Cream together sugars, butter and oil in mixer.
  • Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
  • Add dry ingredients as well as vanilla and almond extract.
  • Mix in chips.
  • Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
