Asian Meatballs Recipe
Crockpot Asian meatballs take minutes to prep, are perfect for parties and have that savory Asian flavor we all know and love.

- ½ (32-ounce) bag frozen meatballs
- ½ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- sesame seeds
- green onions
Place meatballs in a slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and minced garlic. Pour over meatballs and mix until coated.
Cook on LOW for 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving, and ENJOY!
Recipe Tips.
- If you make your own meatballs, then be sure to brown them in a skillet before placing them in the crockpot.
- If the sauce is too thick near the end, splash in a tablespoon of water and stir to loosen.
- Want a little heat? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha to the sauce.
- Serving ideas, set out with toothpicks for parties, or spoon over rice or noodles with steamed veggies
Prep ahead of time. Mix the sauce up to 24 hours in advance and store it in the fridge.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months. Be sure to pour the sauce from the crock pot in the container too. Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.
