Chicken Alfredo Pizza Recipe
This Delicious Chicken Alfredo Pizza is made with a homemade pizza crust, homemade white sauce and is topped with chicken and spinach.

- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1.5 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- dash garlic powder
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chicken cooked and cubed
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- bacon optional
Make white Alfredo sauce by combining butter, heavy cream and cream cheese in a sauce pan. Simmer until melted and mix well.
Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low.
Top pizza with sauce, Mozzarella cheese, chicken strips, chopped spinach and bacon.
Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes.
Par bake the crust for 3 to 5 minutes if it is soft or homemade, this helps prevent a soggy center.
Simmer the Alfredo gently, keep it low so the dairy stays smooth and does not split.
Dry the spinach, pat with a towel to remove moisture so the pizza bakes crisp.
Use cooked leftovers, rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken makes this extra fast.
Change it up by using some of these ingredients: fresh basil, red pepper flakes, sweet Italian sausage, fresh thyme, onions, tomatoes, bacon.
