Pull Apart Pizza Bread
Easy cheesy pull apart pizza bread uses refrigerated biscuits to create a deliciously fun appetizer, snack, or easy dinner!

- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian pizza seasoning
- 2 (16.3-ounce) cans biscuit dough, cut into quarters
- 1 cup pepperoni
- 2-2½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup pizza sauce, or marinara, or ranch
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, add melted butter, garlic powder, and pizza seasoning and mix well.
Add cut-up biscuit pieces, pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella. Mix to combine until all coated.
Place a ramekin sprayed with cooking spray upside down in the middle of a greased 10-inch springform pan. Place biscuit mixture into prepared pan surrounding ramekin.
Tent pan with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Release the springform cake pan, flip the ramekin back over, and fill with ranch or marinara. Serve warm.
Homemade dough. Mix up about 30 ounces of Homemade Biscuit dough, cut into 60-64 pieces.
Bake in a regular pan. Use a 9 in x 2.75 in round cake pan. Line the Pan with Parchment Paper before filling.
Prep ahead. Prepare this 2-3 hours ahead of time, cover it, and store it in the fridge until ready to bake.
How to store. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days, or in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 months. Store the dipping sauce in an airtight container.
