Chocolate Chip Dip

Chocolate chip dip tastes just like its cookie counterpart but in a sweet quick prep dessert perfect for dipping!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Blend cream cheese and butter in a bowl until well combined.
  • Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and refrigerate for 1 hour. ENJOY!

Notes

Recipe Tips.
  • Be sure the butter and cream cheese are softened enough to combine smoothly.
  • Replace the mini chocolate chips with milk, dark, white, butterscotch, peanut butter chips, or mini M&M’s.
  • Serve with pretzels, animal crackers, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, Oreos, apple slices, or sliced firm pears or on a charcuterie board
Storage. Whether you make it ahead of time or right before serving, the chocolate chip dip can be covered and stored in the fridge for 4-5 days. It is freezeable for up to 1 month, but the texture may be altered slightly after it thaws.
