Christmas Veggie Tray

- 1 crown broccoli, large
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
Rinse veggies. Chop broccoli and bell pepper into strips.
Arrange the snap peas on a platter to resemble the outline of a Christmas Tree with the angle of the peas downward. Fill the center in with the broccoli florets.
Add bell peppers to look like garland, and then use 4 smaller strips to create a star at the top.
Sprinkle with cherry tomatoes to resemble ornaments and serve with your favorite veggie dip.

Prep ahead of time. Prep veggies up to 48 hours in advance. Keep the different elements in separate Ziplocs in the fridge. Assemble the Christmas veggie tray a few hours before serving. Wrap the tree with plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge.
Store leftovers together, or separate them into individual containers and refrigerate.
