Fruit Kabobs

- 1 cup strawberries, tops cut off
- 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- ½ cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup red grapes
- ½ cup blackberries
Prepare all fruit by washing and cutting or cubing.
Add fruit onto skewers in rainbow order, piercing through the sharp side. Strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, red grapes, and blackberries.
Place on a platter. Cover with Saran wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Recipe tips.
Prep ahead of time. Assembled skewers can be covered and refrigerated for 12 hours.
Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days. You can also remove the fruit from the skewers and store the different fruits in separate containers for 3-4 days.
