Cute Back to School Teacher Gift

This post brought to you by Astrobrights Papers by Neenah Paper. All opinions are 100% mine.

I LOVE paper!

I’m actually a little bit of a paper hoarder. {LOL!}

When I was contacted by AstroBrights Paper to review some of their products, I didn’t even hesitate! More paper?! Yes, please!

They sent me a variety of their bright colors (which they have 23 of).

This paper was so pretty and bright I couldn’t help but smile when I looked at it.

See? So pretty!!

These papers are great for all sorts of projects, flyers and school projects, but today I wanted to share with you a Cute Back to School Teacher Gift I made from them.

As usual, it was easy and fun to do. And the display and tags double as flower magnets too!

Here’s how you can make it too…

– AstroBrights Paper

– Skewers

– Magnets

– Vase

– Hot Glue

– Laminator

– Scissors

1. Begin by using a stencil or free-handing some flowers onto your paper. I made myself a stencil by printing out some flower shapes onto cardstock first and then tracing them onto my paper. (You could also use your a paper cutting device, like the Silhouette.) Cut those out.

2. Laminate your flowers and cut out. This will make them more durable.

3. Add a magnet to the end of your skewers with hot glue. Also hot glue a magnet to the back of your flowers.

4. Add your flowers to the skewers. Now you have cute magnets made.

5. Finish it off by adding a cute tag. To download the tag, click on the image above, save and print.

{PS – These tags were inspired by the cute tags made by my friend, Landee, of Landee of Landee See, Landee Do}

6. Cut out your tag and attach to your vase with ribbon or twine.

Now you have a super cute and easy gift to give to the teacher that is cute to display but also useful for when she needs magnets on the chalk board.

Easy peasy!

What’s so great about the AstroBright papers are that they are so bright and rich in color! And if you are needing to use papers to help something get noticed, like a flyer or project, these papers are perfect!!

    So cute and fresh. I love the bright colors you used instead using the typical back-to-school brights or Fall colors. Don’t get me wrong, I love those colors too I just really enjoyed seeing something so bright and fun. Good job :-]
