2013 CREATIVE TEAM:

Hi! I’m Sarah Faubus, one of two co-authors of boxwoodclippings.com (along with my sister, Emily). I’m an English lass, married to a Californian man, living in Utah. I crave England on a daily basis, but when I’m there I miss my California King bed and Target! I earned my BFA in photography from Brigham Young University, but I hate shooting when I have to, and LOVE it when I don’t. Nothing gives me more pleasure than turning the ordinary into something beautiful (except perhaps the thrill of a great bargain)! I’m constantly redesigning and reorganizing living spaces in my head and can’t sit through a movie without being distracted by the set design. For me, any excuse is a good one for a get-together (like throwing a Super Bowl party and never watching any football). I’m a proud aunt who adores my nieces and nephews more than any aunt ever has. I eat chocolate for breakfast more than I care to admit and enjoy singing the wrong lyrics to every song (and I generally sing the loudest to Kylie Minogue or Celine Dion).

I’m Jenny Raulli, editor and everything else of Bloom Designs Online.   My passion for parties, paper, personalized, pretty came from being a stay at home mom to four little ones under eleven.  We have lots to celebrate at our house!  Party styling is the perfect combination of my former life as an art history major and elementary teacher and my most favorite roles- mommy and wife to my hubby of 14 years.  My blog is filled with holiday ideas, party planning tips and ways to make each day bloom.

Hello. I’m Melissa. I’m a photographer, recipe developer, Urban homesteader, food blogger, momma and general lover of all things delicious. My blog, Bless this Mess, is an honest picture of a happy small town life. You’ll find posts about raising backyard chickens, remodeling our house while living in the mess and lots and lots of family-friendly recipes, dessert included. When it comes to food I love crusty bread, Mexican, boiled eggs, all things chocolate, and dill pickles. When it comes to blogging I love meeting new people, so pop over and say hello when you have a minute.

I’m Jennie Brown, a creative UI designer and front-end developer. My background includes designing for one of Philadelphia’s top interior design firms. I am currently working on my MFA from Academy of Art University in Web Design and New Media, I am developing an interactive storybook iPad app for kids, which I hope to someday turn into an animated series. As you can probably tell from my blog, I love all things design and I have no limits when it comes to exploring every aspect of design. When I’m not designing I enjoy shopping, photography, hanging with my family, and snuggling with my three maltese. In my spare time (as if I ever have any) I enjoy creating new concepts for film and tv with my mother who is a screenwriter. I love taking on new tasks and learning from others, two years ago I got a licensing agent and explored the world of product design and developed two new brands for the home accessories market.

Hi! I’m Alicia, and I blog at The Baker Upstairs. I’m an RN, an avid reader, a wannabe photographer, and I love to cook and bake. My husband and I have been married ten years, and have two sweet little girls, Abby and Lizzy.
