Easter Oreo Bark is a festive, simple and delicious treat that only takes 5 minutes to put together! It includes vanilla candy coating, Easter m&m’s, oreos, and sprinkles!
This has been one of our favorite Easter treats to make for years. We have versions of this candy for multiple holidays, like our Candy Cane Bark, or Halloween Bark as well!
Easter Bark Candy
We made another recipe for you guys that isn’t only easy but its yummy and great for Easter!
It only took a few ingredients, too! We used vanilla candy coating, spring Oreos, Easter M&M’s, and some sprinkles. But you could really use any type of candy and treats you want!
This would be a great Easter treat for your friends or family to gift as well. Just stick in a cello bag and add a bow, and you’re set!
Only 5 Minutes of Work!
I’m not joking when I say this comes together in literally minutes. Here are the simple steps:
MELT. Melt package of candy coating in a small pot on low heat – stirring constantly until all melted. Pour over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
SPRINKLE. Sprinkle on crushed oreos, M&Ms and sprinkles.
CHILL. Place in fridge for 30-60 minutes until the candy is set.
BREAK. Break into pieces (whatever size you desire).
Cutting neat squares: Most candy barks are typically broken into uneven pieces, but if you want to try and cut more even squares all you need is a hot knife. Grab a sharp kitchen knife and dip it in hot water. Wipe the blade and cut. Reheat the blade as needed.
Switch it up: You can easily add any kind of festive topping you wish. As the pictures show we also added easter pastel M&Ms. I’ve even seen some Easter bark with mini jelly beans and colored mini marshmallows. Aside from changing up the toppings you can also change up the base flavor and use whilte chocolate instead of vanilla bark.
Storing & Gifting
Storage: You can store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze it for up to 6 months.
Gifting: This bark makes a really great gift for neighbors, teachers, friends and family and there are so many fun ways you can package the bark. An easy way is to use a mini easter basket. Festive metal tins are cute and easy or placing the bark in a plastic bag tied with an Easter ribbon.
No matter how its packaged they’ll love the festivity and flavor of the treat.

I want to make this but am having problems finding Spring Oreos. Suggestions?
If you can’t find them, then you can just use the regular ones 🙂 Have fun making them!
What is candy coating? Will white chocolate work?
Yes and you can add food coloring if you want to certain color. You find it in the baking aisle. It is usually in squares that you can break off or melt the whole thing.
Amazing! I love so much this recipe! I will try this idea next Easter! =)

Happy Easter 2016! I made the Easter Bark and too my surprise, something that literally takes several minutes is really good – very rich! I used Red Velvet Oreos instead of regular Oreos for a little different taste and coloring. I thought it came out great! Thanks for the recipe!!!
