Fried Oreos are one of those fair-style treats we make when we want something fun and a little over the top, in the best way. Theyโ€™re warm, crispy on the outside, soft and melty in the middle, and all you really need is Oreo cookies and a quick pancake batter.

The best part is how fast they come together once the oil is hot. Fry a batch, dust them with powdered sugar, and serve them right away. We love to make these with all the different Oreo varieties for added flavors. Theyโ€™re perfect for parties, movie nights, or anytime you want a dessert that is simple yet a little “extra”.

If you love fun desserts, try Funnel Cakes, Churros, Oreo Balls, and Chocolate Lasagna.

Why you’ll love it + Why it works:

  • Fun Dessert: It feels like bringing the fair home to your kitchen.
  • Quick to Make: These cook in only a few minutes.
  • Soft Cookie Center: The Oreo softens while frying and creates a rich filling.
  • Light Batter: Pancake mix creates a fluffy coating around the cookie.

  • Pancake Mix (1ยฝ cups): Creates a light and fluffy batter coating.
  • Egg (1): Helps bind the batter together.
