Cheesy Artichoke Bread Recipe - a must try recipe with ciabatta bread, artichokes and three kinds of cheeses!! { lilluna.com }

Is there anything better than cheese and bread together? You really can’t go wrong with that combination! This cheesy artichoke bread is pretty much like cheese and bread on steroids. It’s flavorful, gooey, and so delicious! It makes a perfect appetizer, or pairs deliciously with soup and salad. It’s like all the goodness of artichoke dip, but in bread form. Yum!

You’ll start with a simple mixture of cream cheese, artichokes, garlic, olive oil, and cheese, then bake it in the oven until it’s bubbly and melty. It only takes a few minutes to mix together, which makes it perfect for a busy night when you just need something delicious!

I used ciabatta bread and I really liked that it added a chewy and crisp texture, but a french loaf or a baguette would also work well. I served my cheesy artichoke bread with some tomato soup for dinner, and it was a delicious combination. Both of my kiddos loved it and ate every last bit, which is pretty impressive! This bread would be perfect as a quick dish to bring to a summer party, or an easy appetizer for a date night at home. Once you make it, though, you won’t be able to stop craving it!
