If you’ve been to a party or get together you’ve probably had these Candy Rolo Bites before. I don’t know why we hadn’t ever made them before, but the kids thought it would be fun to give them a try. We had all the ingredients on hand and thought we’d make them for a Family Night a few weeks ago. They were gone in minutes and were officially declared “delicious” by the family. The best part of all (for them) was being able to help put them together. The best part for me was that they took minutes to make and were super simple!!
We opted to use regular M&Ms as well as White Chocolate M&Ms for a more Spring-y/Easter treat. They were both loved, but I admit the White Chocolate Rolo Bites were my favorite!
- Pretzel Snaps
- Preheat even to 325.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place pretzel snaps on your sheet. Place unwrapped rolos on each one.
- Bake for 3-5 minutes until just a tid melted and still in shape.
- Take out of oven, and while warm, place M&Ms on them. Let set.
And here are the Easter Rolo Bites (made with White Chocolate/Pastel M&Ms)
Nothing like a quick and simple treat for anytime!!
