How to Make an Aloha Tropical Smoothie

  1. BLEND. Place pineapple chunks, strawberries, banana, yogurt, ice, and fruit juice in the blender. Now simply puree until smooth! Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges if desired.
  • We love to add a handful of spinach, a scoop of strawberry or vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, collagen, or fiber for added nutrients.
  • To choose a ripe pineapple, smell the bottom for sweetness and feel for a slight give when pressed. Additionally, a leaf from the top should pull out easily.
