I LOVE salad!
It is seriously my favorite and I order it at practically any restaurant we visit. I don’t order because it’s healthy (heaven knows the dressings usually make it just as bad as a hamburger). I order them because they are delicious! I’m especially craving yummy salads in the Spring, and one of my all-time favorites is Caesar Salad. Not sure how it became a favorite, but it always has been (my favorite places to order it from include BJ’s, Cheesecake Factory and Oregano’s in Arizona – HEAVEN!!)

The best part of a salad is the croutons, right??
Well, these are homemade croutons and they are delicious!! They obviously can be made for any salad. 🙂
Oh, being pregnant I especially want this RIGHT NOW!!
I’m just so happy that this homemade dressing doesn’t call for raw eggs like other Caesar dressings since you’re not suppose to have that while preggo. Can’t wait to make this soon!
