Strawberries N Cream Bars

Strawberries N Cream Sugar Cookie Bars - so delicious!! Our family loves this recipe! A yummy sugar cookie bottom with a cream cheese, strawberry, and white chocolate chip middle and topped with cool whip!

Have I mentioned before that my husband is obsessed with Cream Cheese? More specifically PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese? The guy could eat it all day every day (no joke – ask his family!!) With that in mind, I’m sure you could guess then that I was more than thrilled to be asked by PHILADELPHIA to create a few recipes for them in the next few months.

I needed to pick a few seasonal ingredients to work with so for this first one I chose STRAWBERRIES (my FAV!)

Before I share the recipe I wanted to make sure I shared some more information about PHILADELPHIA:

  • PHILADELPHIA has been making Cream Cheese since 1872 with fresh milk and real wholesome cream which makes it taste so yummy.
  • PHILADELPHIA also uses fresh, local milk from farms nearby making it perfectly delicious.
  • Even PHILADELPHIA’s flavored varieties like Spicy Jalapeno use real jalapenos, which makes for great combinations with some of my favorite local produce.

Now you know why PHILADELPHIA makes the best Cream Cheese! 🙂

I used it to make these bars, and I guarantee you will love them!

Here is the recipe:

  1. These bars look amazingly decilious!! I will be making them this summer!! Eveyone but my husband loves Philadelphia Cream Cheese. I try to sneak it into recipes, but he usually figures it out. My daughters and I don’t mind that he doesn’t like it because that means more for us!! Thanks for the awesome recipe!!

  2. I don’t see where you use the 1/2 cup butter and the egg in the cream layer…Do you add them in somewhere or were they mistakenly added?

  3. I am trying to make these but there is no directions for the egg or butter? I guess i will skip them and hope for the best if i don’t get an answer.

  4. I am making these bars for Father’s Day dinner tomorrow. I just noticed that you have melt the white chocolate and add Philly creame cheese but nothing about the other egg and butter. I am adding that and hope it is correct

  5. I made these tonight for a neighborhood potluck and they were absolutely delicious and a HUGE hit! Had several requests for the recipe. The only thing I did differently was used real whipped cream on top instead of Cool Whip. Thanks for a great recipe, I will most definitely be making this again!

  6. I made these for the 4th of July and they are AMAZING! I replaced the shortening with butter and made my own sweetened whipped cream with a little vanilla and almond extract. Everyone loved them! Thanks for sharing such a simple, yummy recipe!

  7. I have everything but the white choc. chips.
Im wondering if I could confectioners sugar
to the cream cheese instead of the choc. chips???

  8. What’s not to love about this recipe? White Chocolate is my favorite kind of chocolate and you can never go wrong with strawberries!
