Chewy and delicious Easter cookies are perfect for spring! They are packed with M&M and white chocolate goodness.

Our Favorite Easter Cookies!
We love our M&M Cookies. We change these cookies up to any holiday or season by changing out the M&Ms and chips, like we did for these Easter Cookies.
We added the pastel M&Ms and white chocolate chips to make them perfect for Spring and Easter and EVERYONE loved the flavor!

- Delicious. Easter cookies are such a tasty treat, it’s impossible to just have one.
- For spring! These easy cookies look adorable and festive, perfect for Easter desserts and spring – Easter bunny ready!
- Change it up. The kids love to dip these beauties in milk or make our own cookie ice cream sandwiches. The possibilities are delicious!
Ingredients
- granulated sugar
- brown sugar
- unsalted butter – softened
- vegetable oil
- eggs – room temperature
- baking powder
- salt
- baking soda
- vanilla extract – or almond extract
- all-purpose flour
- M&M’s – chopped and whole separated
- white chocolate chips
How to Make Easter Cookies
- PREP. Preheat the oven to 350°F
- BATTER. Combine wet ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer and set aside. Combine the dry ingredients and mix the flour mixture with the wet ingredients on low speed.
- M&M’S. Add chopped M&Ms as well as ½ cup white chocolate chips.
- BAKE. Scrape down the sides and scoop the dough and roll it into balls. Add 5 whole M&M to the top center of each dough ball to make them picture-perfect and a dd a few white chocolate chips on top as well.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet then place on a wire rack to finish cooling.
Change it up!
Decorations. Try using Easter Sprinkles. Dip half the cookie (after baking) in melted white chocolate and add sprinkles to the cookies.
Storing
- STORE. Place cookies in an airtight container, along with a piece of white bread to help keep them soft, and then store them at room temperature for 4-5 days.
- FREEZE Easter cookies in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
- Store cookie dough. Cover the bowl and keep the dough in the fridge for up to 3 days before scooping and baking.
- Freeze cookie dough. Scoop the dough balls (without the added M&Ms on top), and line them up onto a baking sheet. Put the cookie sheet in the freezer until they are solid, then transfer them to a freezer-safe container. Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To bake. Allow them to thaw on a cookie sheet for about 20 minutes, then, add extra M&Ms and chips to the top before baking.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- M&M's chopped and whole, separated
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream white sugar, brown sugar, butter, and oil.
- Add eggs, one at a time, to the butter mixture and mix until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, sift baking powder, salt, baking soda, and flour. Add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Add vanilla and mix.
- Add as many chopped M&Ms as you prefer and ½ cup white chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough and roll it into balls. Add 5 whole M&M's to the top center of each dough ball. Add a few white chocolate chips on top as well.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet.
