Ingredients for cheese and crackers on a kitchen table.

Ingredients

  • 12 Triscuit Thin Crisps crackers – or another similarly sized triangle cracker
  • 12 small pretzel twists cut to fit the size of the longest side of the Triscut cracker
  • 12 individually packaged Tillamook cheddar cheese slices – or 1/16-inch thick cheddar cheese slices. Cut to fit the size of the Triscut crackers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened enough to be pipeable

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Crackers

  1. PREP. Unwrap 12 individually packaged cheese slices and cut them into triangles to fit the crackers’ shape.
  2. ASSEMBLE. Place softened cream cheese in a piping bag with a round icing tip and pipe three stripes of cream cheese across the cracker. Make sure to have one of the stripes on the outer edge (the longer edge) of the cracker.
    • Place 1 cut pretzel twist onto the longest cream cheese stripe. Place 1 cheese triangle on top of the other two cream cheese stripes. (The cream cheese is the “glue” to hold the pretzel stick and cheese onto the cracker).
    • Switch the pastry tip to a star-shaped pastry tip and add a small dot of cream cheese in the middle of the cheese triangle to make it look like whipped cream on top of a pumpkin pie.
