Cookies N Cream Cookies Recipe

Cookies N Cream Cookies - a new favorite! This recipe is a must-keep! Soft cookies filled with white chocolate chips & crushed cookies n cream bars.

Cookies are just so yummy, right!?

I’m craving them as I type! Sometimes there is just nothing better than eating a few warm cookies with a nice, cold glass of milk. Well, these next ones are so good you’ll want to do the same thing – eat two or eight and enjoy them with a cup of milk. ๐Ÿ˜‰

You guys know that I like experimenting with cookies, and these next ones were just that. I figured why not put some Cookie N Cream bits inside the cookies?! Cookies N Cream Candy bars are a hit here at our house, so I knew the kids would love them, and they did! These are definitely going to be made again… and soon. ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. I love these cookies and cream cookies!! So delicious!! Your husband is quite comical!! Love his sculpture. Thanks for the recipe!!

  2. Love your cookie stack (the one your husband did) :o) I’ve never had those cookies and creme… looks like another thing I need to try! I also read about biscoff spread for the first time today… you learn so much reading blogs :o) I came over from whipperberry. Happy Friday!

  3. Oh my goodness! I LOVE Cookies ‘n Cream candy bars, this sounds amazing! Thanks for sharing, I’m pinning this. I also love the strawberries and cream cookies!!

  4. I just made the Cookies-n-Cream cookies, with a couple of changes. For some reason, my Walmart didn’t have white chocolate chips, so I decided to up the candy bar ratio in the batter to compensate. I also thought that some chopped up Oreos would be a great addition. Wow! They are amazing! I added probably 1 1/2 – 2 c. chopped Cookies and Cream candy bars, as well as 1 1/2 – 2c. of chopped up Oreos. Everything else was just like the original recipe, minus the white chocolate chips. Thanks for a great recipe.

  5. Very good recipe. Made these cookies to take to a picnic. My husband doesn’t care for regular chocolate, but he said these cookies were great. My 8 year old loved them also.

  6. I made these today, thankfully my extended family likes almond so they went quickly, but for my personal preference I felt that the almond extract was very overwhelming. These tasted more like almond white chip cookies to me, and i was not able to taste the cookies and cream. Next time, I’ll leave the almond out and I think they will be more to my liking.

    1. My family LOVES almond so that’s why we added it, but I would definitely leave it out next time and maybe add more Cookies N Cream Bars. ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. So, this is liquid oil, correct? Not vegetable shortening? I just want to make sure, as I typically bake my cookies with all butter or have used a combination of butter and shortening, but I’m not sure that I’ve ever used oil in them before, so I just wanted to check first ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks!
