I think I mentioned this last year but in case I didn’t, our family always looks forward to New Year’s Eve, and I’ll tell you why…. The whole night is filled with family fun and fireworks as we each bring appetizers (like today’s Homemade Bruschetta recipe) and yummy food to eat and share all night long. It’s kind of our way of celebrating that year and getting in all that yummy food before the New Years Resolutions start the next day. Sure, it’s unhealthy but we love it and we look forward to it each year.
As I mentioned, one of the items we almost always make is this Homemade Bruschetta Recipe. It’ really easy and is so yummy!
Buy hogi sandwich rolls. Cut in slices and place on a cookie sheet. Butter slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil on HIGH for 2-5 minutes (dependent on how fast and hot your oven is).
Talk about an easy, quick and yummy appetizer! I promise you’ll love this. It is a family favorite that can be made so easily and tastes so good!
